3. Scheduling and Appointments Appointments can be scheduled by calling (610) 812-7378 or emailing waterboysoftwash@gmail.com. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a fee.

4. Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various forms of payment including cash, checks, and major credit cards. Invoices will be provided for all services rendered.

5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for ensuring that the areas to be serviced are accessible and clear of obstacles. This includes closing windows, securing pets, and removing fragile items. Failure to provide access may result in the service being rescheduled and potential additional charges.

6. Service Satisfaction We strive to provide the highest quality service. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will address your concerns.

7. Liability While we take utmost care in delivering our services, Water Boy Soft Wash is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or damage resulting from the services provided if proper care and instructions were followed. Clients should notify us of any fragile or problem areas before service begins.

8. Privacy Policy We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information collected during the service process is used solely for service delivery purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
